Where will the enrolment take place?
The enrolment will take place in the Central Seminary Gym. Pass through the P. Noval court located near the Alumni Center building to get there.
What are the enrolment procedures?
Upon entering the Central Seminary Gym, go to the stage area for the ROTC, NSTP or PE advising. Next step is to assess your fees and get your registration form. Third will be the payment of fees. There will be separate lines for card and cash/check payments. Your official receipt will then be attached to your registration form. You’re already enrolled!
But how about my ID?
For your ID picture taking, go to rooms 132 or 134 of the Main Building’s ground floor. Your electronic signature will be obtained and there will be uniforms in the room (for use only during your ID picture taking). Your ID will be given within the academic year. Just a quick advice, wear your best smile as you will see this picture for the rest of your stay in UST everytime you swipe your ID on building entrances.

Official opening of academic year 2013-2014 will be on June 3. A Concelebrated Mass will be held in the Santissimo Rosario Parish at 9:00 AM. Most, if not all, of the colleges or faculties will have the start of the regular classes on June 4.
Can I still enroll beyond these dates?
Yes. The extension of enrolment with penalty is scheduled on June 3-17 at the Tan Yan Kee Student Center/UST Main Buidling. June 17 will be the last day of enrolment.
