What qualifies you to be the first Thomasian Youth Ambassadress?
“I believe that an Ambassadress should not only possess the 3Cs that a Thomasian student should possess but also an advocate of what she is promoting. Being an education student, we know first hand how important education in our society”
How do you value education?
“I think education should be a right and not a privilege, it’s a harsh reality that not everyone could afford to finish education nor even go to school. As such, I make sure that my parents’ hard-earned money spent on my education does not go to waste by studying hard and promptly finishing school tasks.”
How can you share the light of education to the indigenous people?
“I can show the light of education to the indigenous people by initiating projects which would bring them closer to resources of education. For the children, I can conduct storytelling sessions every now and then as well as raise money to build a mini library in their community. As for the adults, I can provide them livelihood programs.”
Why should the Thomasian community vote for you?
“I believe that the Thomasian community should vote for me because I have a vision that education is for everyone regardless of their gender, sex, age, or status in life and I have a concrete action for it. Rest assured that if the Thomasian community would choose me, I will do my best to represent the University.”
